"SME Online University" is an online e-learning website established in 2003, providing a superior self-learning environment for SMEs. This online project is in collaboration with Taiwan e-learning Platform, e-learning contents and management service industries.

SME Online University currently contains 6 colleges, including IT, marketing, finance, HRD, start-up & incubation, and comprehensive knowledge. The website has provided nearly 600 free e-learning courses as well as personal learning account, and reward mechanism to facilitate self-development of its 710,000 members.
